Picture Day & Dress Rehearsal Schedule 9:30am-4:00pm: Below is the picture and dress rehearsal schedule for Friday, June 17th at Downers Grove North High School from 9:30am-4:00pm. We ask that you arrive 30 minutes prior to your dancer’s picture time (the first 3 classes of the day can arrive at 9:15). Your dancer should be in full hair and make-up with their costume on. We will be following a very tight schedule and may be running early so it is very important that you arrive 30 minutes prior to their schedule time. If your dancer is not on time they will miss their group photo and will not practice on stage. We will not be able to wait for anyone. Thank you in advance for your help with making this day run as smoothly as possible.
Dancers will meet in the cafeteria of Downers Grove North. Parents may stay with their dancer up until picture time. Once it is their call time parents will go to the theater and dancers will go back stage. You may watch your dancer’s performance and video tape if you so choose. Once your dancer is finished with their performance they will be escorted back to the cafeteria for pick up. You and your dancer will be free to leave after this time. The whole process should take about 1 hour if your dancer is in 1 class. Please let us know if you have any questions.
