Kalina

Kalina is 11 years old and has been dancing since she was 2. She has loved her 3 years of Expression Dance Company and feels like she made another family. When Kalina is dancing she feels like she’s in a whole different world where there is nothing to worry about. Her favorite style of dance is contemporary because she can be a new person and nothing can bother her. When Kalina is older she wants to be a dance teacher and choreographer. Her strengths as a dancer are taking corrections and being an emotional dancer. Kalina is most excited about her first solo this year. When Kalina is not dancing she plays the flute or sings in a chorus group at school. Her inspirations are all of her teachers. She would like to thank her teachers and her parents who always give her motivation to become a better dancer.
