Macey C

Macey is 16 years old and this is her sixth year with Expression. She has been dancing since she was two years old, and has been on company for five years. Macey’s favorite style of dance is tap, and she is constantly inspired by her amazing tap instructor Miss Amber. Macey’s strengths are picking up choreography as well as her performance skills. Outside of dance Macey loves to sing, act, write, and hang out with her friends. She is a part of her high school’s Madrigals choir whom she competes with and choreographs for. Macey has acted in numerous musicals and plays, her most memorable roles being Belle in Beauty and the Beast, Captain Hook in Peter Pan, and Charlotte in Diary of a Wallflower. Macey would like to thank her wonderful teachers Miss Autumn and Miss Amber for always pushing her to be her best and for being such amazing role models for her. She would also like to thank Mrs Jamie for always making her smile as soon as she walks into the studio! Lately Macey would like to thank her parents for everything they’ve done for her and her awesome team for such an amazing year! Macey has loved all of her time on the Expression Dance Company, and is so grateful to everyone for the wonderful memories and for being her second family!
