Jess is 14 years old. She has been dancing since she was 3 years old and she has always loved it! She started dancing competitively for Expression Dance Company at the age of 10. Her favorite style of dance is jazz because it upbeat and sassy! One of Jess’s strengths in dance are her pirouettes. Jess loves being apart of Expression Dance Company because she has made so many great friendships with the students and the teachers and everyone is like a big family! She is looking forward to competing because she always has so much fun. She is also very excited for convention because she loves learning from famous choreographers. She has participated in various competitions, JUMP Dance Convention, Brookfield Zoo Holiday Lights, Drew Fest, FPC Anniversary Party, and many more performances. In 2014, Jess was very excited to be awarded a ballet scholarship at JUMP Dance Convention. Her hobbies outside of dance include acting and hanging out with her friends. Jess has so many people she would like to thank and they include her parents for paying for dance, driving her back and forth from the studio, and always supporting her. She would also like to thank all of her amazing dance teachers for pushing her to be the best she can be.
